When I’m not in my studio painting, I’m at the Smithsonian’s National Portrait Gallery where for over 15 years I’ve been giving lectures and teaching art about portraiture. The ability to be around such amazing are has a profound impact on my art, it fills my creative well and shows up in my art in all kinds of fun ways. This collection is made up of art inspired by the graffiti street art movement. The artist from this genera are some of my absolute favorites!
